和同事去鰂魚涌開會,之後係附近食午餐,見到一間咖啡店,藍色的外牆,綠色的植物配搭木系擺,清新優雅,Grotto主打精品咖啡及輕食系列。香煎三文魚扒配香蔥牛油焗薯:三文魚扒煎至金黃色,肉質鮮嫩,油脂甘香,配Wojapi莓醬味道酸酸甜甜好開胃,焗薯配以香蔥牛油,滑滑綿綿的口感,令人食不停口,還有新鮮蔬菜沙律,有肉有菜配搭得好健康。雲石墨魚餅海膽汁貝殼粉:自家製雲石墨魚餅鮮甜彈牙,貝殼粉沾滿濃郁嘅海膽醬汁,除咗色澤金黃仲好鮮味。香芋椰子牛角包窩夫:將每日新鮮出爐的牛角包壓成窩夫,面層鋪上芋茸、椰絲等做成雪條形狀,食落牛角包香脆,除咗有香濃的芋茸,也有清甜椰香味,口感和味道都好有層次感。牛角包金黃鬆脆,層次分明,牛油濃香,甜而不膩。
