To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天到半島酒店pick up了3盒預訂的嘉麟樓月餅﹐1盒自用2盒送比爸爸媽媽。其實我不好moon cake﹐不過臨近中秋又想應下節。這裡出品的是奶黃月﹐不含防腐劑﹐只有2星期保存期﹐要放入雪櫃。吃時放入oven內整翻熱﹐或者可以用燒熱隻鑊﹐放個餅落去然後熄火(嘉麟樓哥哥教的)﹐佢話用微波叮熱無甘好食架!焗熱真係好正架﹐不過要輕手D囉﹐個皮都幾易散開架! 我會當奶黃酥食=D加左價﹐$160一盒啦~
