To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友生日指定想食中菜 首選一定係嘉麟樓懷舊復古設計,裝修古典風,飲茶真係別有一番風味。落單仲好細心每樣嘢都幫我哋分好哂叉燒酥好好味,新鮮出爐,外層酥皮焗得好酥脆,成口都係叉燒嘅感覺返到屋企都仲想食!!!單點叉燒又係好好食,如果可以份量多啲就好啦😂叉燒腸粉都好味,腸粉好薄,叉燒肥瘦均勻,不過唔記得影相其實佢啲嘢每樣都係少少,但我覺得貴精不貴多,少少地咩都試啲好過一大兜同埋因為疫情,唔會好迫,又唔會好嘈,不錯不錯。
