To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情嚴重,食肆爭相減價救市。推出多款抗疫午餐🥣。碰巧經過此頭,比較數間餐廳,發現永樂燒味小廚新春期間加價,作為小資女的我,比較下決定光顧旁邊的源興燒味小館🎆🧧😍招牌燒鵝四寶飯(包例湯及一杯飲品):是日例湯:青紅蘿蔔燒豬骨湯,比較性溫的湯,人人啱飲,青紅蘿蔔🥕煲至焾身入味,帶有豬骨香氣,不會死咸,飲完唔會頸渴。招牌燒鵝四寶飯;燒鵝皮油脂分布平均,一咬油脂係口腔內爆出,可惜份量有點少,得四舊肉,幾片皮。紅腸好考刀功,非常博切。咸蛋吾夠咸香,豉油雞只係得一隻雞翼位,有點不夠喉。奶茶🥤竟然茶底苦澀,沒有奶香。總結:食物質素中規中矩

青紅蘿蔔燒豬骨湯,比較性溫的湯,人人啱飲,青紅蘿蔔🥕煲至焾身入味,帶有豬骨香氣,不會死咸,飲完唔會頸渴。

燒鵝皮油脂分布平均,一咬油脂係口腔內爆出,可惜份量有點少,得四舊肉,幾片皮。
