近排天氣悶熱,好想食吓辣嘢,刺激一吓味蕾!今日就帶埋同夏天一樣咁惹火嘅A姐,去到尖沙咀中達大廈食以川菜出名嘅川上龍啦!餐廳環境光猛,空間感十足,坐低已經覺得好舒服呀!而餐廳嘅設計,以至餐牌都好有中國風,單從設計,已經知道店主係一絲不苟嘅人啦。今日一於同A姐有咁辣食咁辣,開始我哋嘅火辣晚餐啦!胡椒金錢肚頭盤嘅金錢肚作為今日火辣之夜嘅熱身!牛肚爽脆,胡椒味香,幾開胃。魚香茄子石窩飯川式煮法嘅魚香茄子同港式嘅大為不同,味道除咗比較辣,醬汁亦都無咁油,仲有大量入晒味嘅茄子。而用上石鍋嚟上枱,除咗保持餸菜嘅溫度之外,鍾意食飯焦都啱晒㗎!而最驚喜係用上炒飯取代一般白飯!糯米蟹嚟到今晚嘅重點一:糯米蟹!呢隻蟹夠晒大隻,肉質鮮甜,蟹膏十足!而最重要嘅係,呢個菜只係微辣,但又唔會蓋過蟹嘅鮮味!至於糯米飯底用上蟹膏嚟炒,帶有少許蟹嘅味道!水煮桂花魚至於我哋今晚慕名而嚟,就係為咗佢!呢個水煮魚,係我哋食過最滑嘅水煮魚!師傅用上新鮮嘅桂花魚,加上巧手嘅刀工,件件魚都無骨架,真正啖啖肉!而且麻同辣都好有層次,一啲都唔油膩呀!真係值得推介!
