以前好中意去中國食太二酸菜魚,原來香港呢間廚十三係太二班底😍😍,唔怪得咁熟悉!之前去荔枝角分店都唔知添!今次就試下cwb 分店!一去到就派膠袋for 放口罩,貼心衞生。每枱都有一樽茶,我地一去到就叫定嘢飲,因為驚陣間啲嘢太辣,叫左酸梅湯同柚子蜜梳打,透心涼!頭盤點左泡椒鳳爪,肉質唔會過腍過硬,仲有點彈牙,泡椒味道好麻,又不會太辣,熱身一流!跟住就到靈魂酸菜魚,我哋叫咗二人份,小辣。配菜就揀左紅薯寛粉、豆卜、腐竹、餐肉。先飲一啖湯,果然係太二酸菜魚嘅味道,都係我哋最鍾意嘅重麻,然後嗰陣辣慢慢侵佔味蕾。魚肉啖啖肉非常嫩滑。豆卜當然係吸飽湯汁,而我最中意係食紅薯粉,又滑又煙韌。食食吓見到廚師推介避風塘魚柳,雖然都係魚,但係炸魚,所以都諗住一試。一上枱,真係一把汗,勁多辣椒,食魚柳反而就冇想像中咁辣。但係煎炸嗰種鑊氣配上淡淡嘅麻辣,好正。最後叫咗麻辣牛展,呢個真係打大佬,好辣,要不斷飲嘢,不過都食到牛展味,推薦食得辣嘅朋友嚟食。

頭盤點左泡椒鳳爪,肉質唔會過腍過硬,仲有點彈牙,泡椒味道好麻,又不會太辣,熱身一流!
