好耐無去過荃灣四坡坊,本來想帶朋友去食米線,點知佢條人龍排到兩個鋪位外,風又大,怕友人發脾氣,見到旁邊有間日本風小店主打爐端燒,似乎唔錯店舖小小,有日式小店風味,店內有好多日本電影海報。座低冇耐就送上餐前小食,牛蒡漬蒜頭漬及方塊蟹子,配酒一流。先點了胡麻秋葵作為前菜清一清,胡麻醬香濃,配合鰹魚片及清涼水嫩秋葵爐端燒點了大蔥雞肉及豚肉荔枝此為爐端燒必點之選,雞肉份量多而嫩滑,有肉汁,醬汁唔太咸,味道剛好,大蔥外皮焦香,內裏甜嫩。等待係有價值嘅原粒荔枝被五花腩片包裹燒制,香甜荔枝甜度增加,腩片油花被燒走,只留下香少了油膩感。然後就係和牛蘆筍炒飯,估唔到小店炒飯份量有咁多,肉及蘆荀每口都有,日本米粒粒分明。最後係喜知次一夜干喜知次係捕獲後難以存活嘅魚,但一夜干就可以保存到佢口感,食味。這條小小嘅喜知次,成為今晚嘅壓軸確實唔錯。
