To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假同朋友黎 Hugo's 食個 brunch buffet.  有自助頭盤 +  一個湯+ 一份主菜 + 自助甜品 (HKD 878/位, +10%). 單看價錢好似好貴, 但試過食物既品種同質數之後, 絕對係物超所值.平日Lunch會平D,  唔同主菜有唔同價錢, 一樣有頭盤同甜品, 但唔係自助.  我個人都比多少少食weekend buffet, 始終自助開心d一坐低, 侍應就會放低一籃有三款唔同味道, 而且暖烘烘既麵包, 其中有個蒜蓉既我最鐘意.跟住就開始出去自助頭盤, Brunch黎講, 佢既種類都算多, 仲款款都好吸引, 有長腳蟹, 小龍蝦, 生蠔, 生牛肉他他, 刺身, 魚子醬, 西班牙火腿…當然一定有佢地既技招牌芒果大蝦沙律啦. 淨係頭盤既陣容, 都已經值回票價食頭盤都食左3轉, 其實仲想繼續食, 但要留肚食主菜.  龍蝦湯都未飲完, 我既牛肋骨已經出左黎等緊我喇必選招牌菜 - 燒美國牛肋骨肉, 廚師即席切開牛肉放在暖暖的碟上, 配有約克布甸同焗薯. 牛肋骨肉燒得岩岩好 非常軟嫩, 又有肉汁, 不愧咁多人慕名而來. 另一主菜 - 大西洋原塊鮟鱇魚, 千層焗南瓜. 魚肉嫩
