星期一唔一定係Blue Monday嘅,黎到尖沙咀呢間日式爐端燒專家,品嚐一下海鮮嘅滋味啦。一口氣點左浜燒鮑魚、蟹蓋同埋丸燒大帶子,上枱時候大家都相機食先,因為實在太搶眼。丸燒大帶子(蒜蓉牛油味)整隻呈上,加上金茹、青椒等配料等等,顏色固然特別eye catching,再以蒜蓉牛油汁配,加熱時候已經散發出吸引嘅香味,品嚐時,帶子肉、群邊都吸收晒牛油味香味,夠晒滿足! 接著浜燒鮑魚,加上清酒去煮,燒至鮑魚群邊微微起焦就已經可以進食。鮑魚帶有無窮鮮味,有彈牙口感,推烈推薦! 而浜燒蟹蓋有即拆嘅蟹肉、蟹膏、蔥花加上鵪鶉蛋,煮熟後混埋一齊進食,鮮味無比,亦有海鮮微咸嘅味道。接著仲有海膽、鰻魚、吞拿魚壽司,厚切嘅鰻魚配上蒲燒醬汁,滋味呈度當然無得擋。而海膽壽司嘅份量亦非常多,海膽份量幾乎滿瀉,入口絕之細滑順喉,真係好想食多幾件。
