早前來過吃午餐,一直念念不忘,今次特意來品嚐一下晚餐。前菜三點京都豆腐牛油果蓉梅醬京都豆腐口感柔順且入口即化,豆味濃醇,加上梅醬,味道酸酸的,相當醒胃。鹽焗銀杏銀杏大大粒非常飽滿,入口軟糯香口。山芋水雲山芋(即淮山)清爽,水雲粘滑,口感層次豐富。蒜香蕃茄汁昆布森蠔和金目鯛蒜香蕃茄汁昆布森蠔蠔身肥美飽滿還有脆脆的口感,入口帶有海水的鹹味,口感Creamy,蠔味濃郁持久。金目鯛肉質細膩,味道鮮美,外皮經輕輕燒過,逼出魚油,入口一陣魚香。奉書燒子持香魚打開竹葉時充滿竹葉的燒香味,打開魚腹滿是魚卵。澎湃的魚卵在口中爆開,非常香口。柚子醬醃製鯖魚煮物南瓜饅頭其實是南瓜蓉,質地非常幼滑,味道鮮甜。舞茸菇菇味芳香,口感爽脆。京都豆腐滲透著黃豆濃厚的味道。鯖魚入口充滿油香,加上用了柚子醬醃製過,味道酸酸的,兩者配合起來得以中和。壽司3貫北海道帶子壽司北海道帶子肉身肥厚,味道鮮爽帶甜,極富彈性。牡丹蝦壽司牡丹蝦極富彈性,鮮爽中帶軟糯,味道鮮美,充滿膠質,餘味悠長。醬油三文籽壽司三文魚籽晶瑩飽滿,魚籽入口鮮甜還滲透著淡淡的醬油,迅速溶掉在口中,口感澎湃。青海苔味噌湯熱騰騰的味噌湯入口香醇濃郁。山利縣山桃白
