To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情開始緩和期間, 星期五德福中午食飯還不算多人, 趁無乜人就試下呢間拉麵店, 首先自助在自助販賣機選擇食物, 可追加麵底配菜, 自己選擇後, 電子付款, 然後就有收據發出, 將收據交給員工便可, 感覺同日本拉麵鋪都很相似, 可以回味下去左日本, 座位都是Bar 枱型式, 有壺凍水提供, 好快拉麵就送到, 叫了一碗醬油豚骨拉麵 HKD $72, 堂食亦不用加一, 先來飲一啖湯, 感覺是清湯, 但味道都濃郁的, 不會像有些拉麵湯底太"杰",  豚肉雖然薄薄一片, 但反而不會太肥膩, 而且沒有豬"酥"味,  很好味, 麵身亦很煙韌配搭埋紫菜糖心蛋, 很快便食晒全碗, 回味~下次會再去~
