吞拿魚腦天就是吞拿魚的額頭,因為量少而且受歡迎而變得矜貴。職員好窩心,會先介紹烹調方法再即席表演濱燒。吞拿魚腦天先用醬汁醃15分鐘才開始燒,每面燒一燒,魚油真係多到滴出黎,魚肉入口即溶,肉質嫩滑到好似食緊豆腐咁,油香充斥口腔,醬汁調配鹹甜剛好,唔需要點任何調味料已經非常好食,終於明白點解咁受歡迎喇😍
