我大食庶民好耐都冇出文,懶惰之過但又為食. 今次老友介紹試食下,主廚就準備地道少少改量順德菜出黎, 食落先知係有心有力做好嘅:1) 蒸土雞: 正宗走地雞, 皮薄冇肥膏, 肉質唔會林, 好雞!2) 芥菜肉丸: 魚湯底已經好鮮甜, 再加個肉丸, 係實但有口感而唔係加左麵粉之類, 肉味融入湯嗎? 所謂講波佬話- 呢球十二碼一係入一係唔入, 答案係入曬味! 3) 炆番鴨: 鴨肉有少少軔, 但係味道唔過火冇冚左鴨味, 得! 4) 豉汁蒸鱔: 大家知道蒸鱔最怕咩? 就係豉汁一大pat, 又醎到顛, 佢地調得唔會重到冚左鱔味,好食.寫到肚餓, 咁多先, 值得再去.
