To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家好小地方有銀針粉食,以前通常都係酒樓食,大家樂出左咁耐終於叫左黎試下銀針粉(細)、蜜糖雞扒、多士配中國茶$32.5都幾多料;有蝦米🦐、冬菇、炸菜、火腿⋯⋯食銀針粉用匙羹食就得,每條手指咁長,頭尾尖尖中間圓形好Q彈既粉類大家樂既蜜糖雞扒真係令我食上引,外皮酥脆甜蜜蜜,煎到金黃岩岩熟,嫩滑雞肉正到令我食完一啖又一啖南冰魚柳、煎雙蛋、多士、熱咖啡,加$6要多個火腿通粉魚柳肉夠厚,肉質嫩滑唔鬆散、無腥味!配埋沙津醬解解煎炸油膩感🤓,煎雙蛋認真靚唔多油半熟既蛋黃汁,正!總係要加$6食多個火腿扭紋通心粉先覺心滿意足,食飽!開工
