To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

德昌滿載中學回憶...唔知係咪以前無咁多選擇會覺得啲食物係好味啲嫁呢？還記當天，呢度既河粉係最好食的，原因係超薄身加上秘製既湯，lunch成日同同學食魚餃河加枝汽水之後就去九龍城廣場， 'yes'店行街街。。。過左咁多年都無返過去，今次經過，一於去回味下，點知呢家要排隊，排左半個鐘。今次選左紫菜魚蛋河， 有魚片同魚蛋兩種，魚蛋很彈牙，沒有太大腥味同胡椒粉味同唔會太實.湯都幾清，食完唔覺有味精般。奶茶唔澀，茶色水夠，茶味唔會過濃。成長了，食既口味都會唔同，感覺和味道當然無從前好....所以。。。回憶總是美好的！

成長了，食既口味都會唔同，感覺和味道當然無從前好....所以。。。回憶總是美好的！
