To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天走過這家「湯加」,發現原來和以前中學時期每天吃的魚米家是同一個集團的,想起記憶中的味道,便決定在這裏吃了.打開餐牌,便發現這裏的價錢很便宜,一個套餐也只是四十多元.現在出外用餐只需五十蚊已是難能可貴了,連忙點了一個「雞肉魚腐淮山麫」,配了一杯咸柑桔,而麫的湯底自然是選了魚湯.咸柑桔首先送上,味道偏咸,以致柑桔味不夠突出,喝下去倒是一般.不過其後送上的淮山麫倒是給了我一個驚喜.先說說魚湯,真的是找回了中學時期充滿懷念的味道.魚湯的胡椒味十分重,喝下去帶點辛辣的味道.或許正因胡椒味重,蓋過了魚的腥味,一喝下去就嚐到魚的鮮味,立刻便想起了中學和三五知己吃飯的時光.除了魚湯,這裏的魚腐也是我中學每次吃飯的首選.魚腐質感很腍很滑,一咬下去湯汁便在口腔爆出來.最後就是淮山麫了.淮山麫比一般的麫條幼滑,放進口腔一吸,很容易便滑進口裏,而且一咬即斷,相信不管是小孩還是老人都能輕易進食.可惜麫條嚐不到淮山味,有點與名字不符的感覺.只是整體而言,這次也算是尋回腦海中味道的一次經歷.
