To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 選了新產品:牛角包早餐($17)。有一客「火腿鮮菜全麥牛角包」、少許「無糖脆粟米片」、一中碗「牛奶麥皮」,飲品選了「即磨咖啡」。全麥牛角包口感清怡,少一分油膩。火腿鮮菜相當新鮮濕潤,咬得到相當的水分和濕度。牛奶麥皮偏濃稠,不是人人受得了。附帶的一小盒「無糖脆粟米片」,灑在麥皮上,感覺怪怪。令人想起配吃廣東粥用的薄脆!!!個人認為:這兒的「即磨咖啡」還是差些什麼?總覺得不合口味!題外話:清晨六時半抵港,乘機鐵到香港站,再轉計程車到灣仔。把行李放置在辦公室,再跑到附近的大家樂,才不過八時而已,好一個客運便利的亞洲國際都會!
