To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小肥:雖然好多人會話呢類連鎖式回轉壽司冇靈魂(尤其係D Staff o個d "二三四" o既日文)又冇諴意, 但係我同大肥都間唔使會幫襯元氣o架! 其實相比同類型o既壽司店元氣算係最好o架喎! 同埋雖然冇驚喜, 但至少唔會難食呀! 有時唔想煩, 唔想用腦, 但又有時間排隊o既話都係唔錯o既選擇呀~ 上星期有一晚o係UA睇戲, 唔知食乜又見唔係要等好耐, 就再o黎幫襯啦. 我地一坐低就好快咁點o左我地常叫o既帶子, 芥辣八爪魚, 北寄貝沙律, 三文魚, 甜蝦, 蝦沙律, 元氣巻同炸蝦巻, 其中我o既至愛係芥辣八爪魚, 點埋多多wasabi簡直係刺激呀! 要食到標眼水先開心, 另外蝦沙律我記得應該係較新o既口味, 佢總係令我諗起滑蛋蝦仁! 食完一round我地就加多2個蒸蛋, 一客泡芙同1個手巻(大肥食o既), 呢度o既蒸蛋雖然用料係好普通, 又唔係乜o野貴價, 但係好滑好好味, 泡芙都係比較新o既, 都幾好味o架~服務就算係滿意啦, 當晚有個女仔可能係新o黎, 比較黱雞, 佢送o野o黎我地講少少o野, 或者有少少反應佢都好驚咁望番我地, 驚死做錯o野咁, 不過當然唔會令我反感, 反而覺得

服務就算係滿意啦, 當晚有個女仔可能係新o黎, 比較黱雞, 佢送o野o黎我地講少少o野, 或者有少少反應佢都好驚咁望番我地, 驚死做錯o野咁, 不過當然唔會令我反感, 反而覺得佢幾得意.
p.s. 我地四月去台灣時試過當地o既元氣, 不論價錢, 質素, 款式都比香港吸引, 有機會大家都不妨一試, 同埋有VIP的話, o係當地都會有折o架喎! 我都想再去食多次呀!

大肥:
記得幾年前迴轉壽司岩岩興起既時候,元祿係首選,但質素就越黎越差,再慢慢俾元氣爬過頭,但而家通街都係迴轉壽司既時候,元氣雖然唔可以話係食迴轉壽司首選,但一定會係穩陣之選。其實而家既元氣雖然比起以前係差左少少,但仍然有佢既獨特之處,否則都唔會間間都要排長龍啦。
首先講下必食推介,軟殼蟹手卷,脆脆既紫菜同軟殼蟹再加上佢地既沙律汁,味道非常好,沙律醬中和左軟殼蟹既油味亦提升左整體既味道。辣味三文魚,適中既辣味同三文魚既鮮味配合得岩岩好。帶子壽司,絕個人喜好,當然好既帶子係唔可以有鯹味,哩度都算做得到。元氣卷,好似越做越差,三文魚越黎越細塊,中間既三文魚皮就越黎越硬,雖然如此,但因為食開有癮,所以仍然係我既必食清單。炸蝦卷,味道始終如一,哩個都算係保持得最好既一款壽司。北寄貝沙律,味道依然吸引,但料就越黎越少啦。燉蛋,蓮子同忍者小靈精(即係好似忍者小靈精塊面既魚蛋),仲有唔知係咪魚翅既翅,全部都十年如一日。其實仲有好多新款壽司,但感覺總係比唔上以上經典選擇。除左價錢靜靜咁加左之外,其餘既野,大致上都仍然係迴轉壽司中中上之選。加上有元氣卡,感覺上係好d,但而家元氣卡越黎越難續啦,仲有幾年先有一次機會。
