年尾同家人團年,家人受電視節目影響話好想食懷舊菜,訂左中央飯店呢間充滿兒時回憶既餐廳,事隔15年再次幫襯,帶黎一圍15人親友團年,張枱好大,坐15個剛剛好不太逼,上菜了,炸大腸是1.5份,好酥脆,襯酸蘿蔔同甜酸汁一流。金銀蛋菠菜,蒜子上湯無得輸,霸王雞,雞肉又厚又滑,200蚊有咁大隻,物超所值。三鮮骨髓1.5份,骨髓很香滑,仲有粟米仔好爽脆。炒鮮奶,其實似炒蛋白,有帶子蝦肉腰果碎,好滑,不過油略多。咕嚕肉1.5份,非常大碟! 味道酸甜剛好,炸得香脆,唔會好厚粉。南乳齋煲,夠惹味,茄子好食。金沙奶油大蝦2份,用咸蛋黃牛油炒香,蝦好大隻,略為油膩。荔芋鴨1隻,200蚊,荔芋好香,下面有帶皮的鴨肉片,出面好少食得到。西米焗大布甸,呢個要早1日預訂,上枱已經好香,入面夾有吉士奶皇蓮蓉,唔會好甜,甜味主要來自蓮蓉,個皮有焦糖效果,15個分光光。埋單2200蚊,團年大滿足。ps 如果想食八寶鴨,糯米鴨,西米大布甸要隔日預訂。
