To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 正當煩惱物色中菜館之際，響社交平台就彈咗一個Mira Dining「Mira夏日歡樂賞」出嚟，國金軒竟然做特價，兩個4人餐啱晒我哋一家人，平均三百零一位，難以置信嘅優惠，初頭都有啲擔心中伏，Openrice食評又話服務差，試咗之後完全覺得物超所值，坐得舒服，服務又幾好，環境更加不用多講。《夏日家庭小聚晚餐》 $1,256 (4位用）===========================🥢脆皮燒腩仔⭐️⭐️⭐️皮夠脆肉夠腍，但肥膏多咗啲啲🥢蔥油蘆筍海蜇頭⭐️⭐️⭐️海蜇頭大件又爽口，不過有少少辣🥢西班牙黑豚肉叉燒⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️叉燒腍身，半肥瘦燶邊超正，好耐無食過咁高質嘅叉燒🥢香煎如來素鵝⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️炸得非常香脆可口，𥚃面有大量蘿蔔絲，所以外內口感都爽脆🥢鰻魚汁燒鱈魚⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️賣相雖然唔靚，但幾好味，鱈魚香滑皮脆肉嫩，鰻魚汁甜甜地都幾夾🥢金牌炸子雞⭐️⭐️⭐️炸得香脆但雞唔夠肥美，味道亦較淡🥢鮮菠蘿糖醋脆豚肉⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️一口豚肉外脆內軟，豚肉味香濃，糖醋汁酸甜度調較得剛好🥢菜遠炒星斑球⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️星斑球大塊啖啖肉爽口彈牙，菜心鮮嫩清甜🥢黑糖蜂巢糕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️飯後甜品，蜂巢糕黑糖味香甜，口感軟糯煙韌，熱辣辣勁好味*另外散叫咗三款食
