To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

圓方雖然好upscale，但日本餐廳唔多，坐得舒服又有壽司食的大概只有千丙。朋友話，圓方的千丙比其他店高級？試下先。照舊有抹茶飲，抹茶粉任加唔嬲。餐牌好似靚啲啲，點牌紙好似長啲啲？定其他店都係咁呢？叫咗個壽司拼盤，一共有10件，$200 即每件$20 蚊。啲刺身是新鮮的，厚切，好食。我第一次係千丙叫壽司拼盤，好似其他分店無嘅。個拼盤加咗啲裝飾，加添幾分藝術感。天氣冷，所以叫左個牛肉豆腐鍋。份量多嘅，有3大塊豆腐，3個菇，有成7、8片肥牛。個湯好飲，好香肥牛味（肥呀！）佢有啲薯粉嘅，所以食完都好飽。
