To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2020年2月2日星期日中午來到土瓜灣這個小區，在欣榮花園對面的喜築意外地發現到這間街坊Cafe😊。而且價值合理，而且環境不錯。Cafe主要以三麵為主，有菇菌類、肉丸、蔬菜等等。當天以撈麵作麵底☺️，同時選了鹵水雞翼、貢丸及午餐肉，鹵水雞翼用藥用的中藥食材八角及花椒製作，而且鹵水非常入味。Cafe除了有咖啡☕提供，同樣有茶飲。當天選了一個藍莓乳酪的花茶🍵。花茶已玻璃壺盛載配上精致的燭臺，已蠟燭的慢火不斷保溫，花茶已山渣製作，而且茶味非常惹味。
