To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🐮牛類 - 佢地嘅雪花肥牛唔係急凍貨,但又未到手切牛級數,不過都係任食,性價比已經極高。
另外牛胸爽/黑柏葉/千層肚都好唔錯,絕對比出面任食火鍋店用個d急凍貨好得多。
如果想進補嘅朋友,佢地仲有牛鞭同牛波子呢d咁有特色嘅野,都係任食。

🐷豬/🐔雞/🐐羊/🦆鴨/🪿鵝 - 其他肉類都有唔少必點嘅野介紹比大家,例如鮮鵝腸/鵝血/豬黃喉/花雕豬腦/西班牙黑豚肉/火雞子/黑毛豬午餐肉。

🐟🦐海鮮 - 佢地d海鮮都係一大回本位,尤其是佢地d竹串蝦,隻隻都好新鮮大隻。
另外白鱔片/脆鯇片同腩/田雞/魚卜等,都係值得推介。

🍡手打丸 - 真心每款都做得好好,首推就係墨魚滑(好食過出面個d好多),牛丸都好好食,牛味好濃。

🥗菇菜類 - 都係一般野,除左佢地有四川豆皮/四川貢菜/四川竹筍都係比較少見。

🌶麻辣小食 - 佢地仲有9️⃣款麻辣小食同1️⃣款甜品紅糖糍粑選擇,大部分小食味道都算好食,但偏辣,亦無得揀辣度。

飲品 : 飲品就唔包任飲,需要散叫,有罐裝汽水同支裝啤酒,價錢都算正常,唔太貴。


🍽環境:餐廳環境真係麻麻,呢個可能都係無乜人係網上介紹佢嘅原因之一,全場只得5~6張枱大約20個位,而且坐位都幾迫,坐得唔會好舒適,餐廳平日就唔算太多人,但如果假期我就建議一定要book位,因為我入座無耐有人walk in都無枱。


🤵🏻🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️服務:店員本身就係餐廳老闆及老闆娘,所以態度好好,例如見到我朋友着白色衫會主動比圍裙,見佢地咩都一腳踢非常忙碌,但上菜一d都唔慢,而且老闆比人感覺幾有人情味。


💰💸價錢:如果唔計飲品,任食埋單就係$3️⃣1️⃣8️⃣/位,價錢就同出面任食火鍋差唔多,唔算好平,不過食物就一定比出面d飲食火鍋店有特色,質素亦更有水準,尤其是個湯底,直頭高好多班。


🐲💬總結:我由屋企行去呢間火鍋店都唔洗20分鐘,所以我周不時都有去幫襯,不過餐廳環境就唔係個個接受到,但湯底及食物絕對係呢間廳一大賣點。
