聖誕同新年佳節就快到,同親朋好友慶祝梗係要食好西啦!位於灣仔新鴻基中心2樓嘅「GRILL TAJIMAYA」,最近做緊winter celebration dinner set優惠,2位$1499包沙律、湯品、意粉、主菜、甜品同飲品,相當豐富。第一道「Crab Meat & Crab Roe Salad 」蟹肉蟹籽沙律,沙律脆嫩,蟹肉鮮甜,蟹籽鹹香,非常開胃。第二道「Pumpkin Soup with Grilled Scallop」香煎帶子南瓜湯,煎香帶子微微燶邊,鮮甜可口,南瓜湯用壺另裝起, 職員喺面前倒上, 南瓜湯質地creamy,味帶橙皮嘅清香,呢個湯品有驚喜。第三道「Miso Cream Sauce Pasta with Salmon & lkura」三文魚味噌魚籽意粉,三文魚滲透滿滿味噌風味,魚籽粒粒鮮美,意粉煙韌又掛汁,很美味。第四道主菜可自選2款美饌,我哋就揀咗「Japanese Wagyu Fillet Steak」日本產黑毛和牛牛柳扒,選了5成熟,牛柳肉質結實,5成熟唔會太生,仲keep住有肉汁,配上芥末醬同Wasabi更添牛柳嘅味道層次感。另一個主菜係「100%

食牛扒又點少得配紅酒,呢杯House Wine入口順喉, 一口牛配一啖紅酒,可襯托牛肉嘅美味,更令紅酒層次感分明。

最後係甜品「Bread Pudding with Vanilla lce Cream」麵包布甸伴雲呢拿雪糕,麵包布甸很有質感,裡面濕潤,唔會食到好乾,加埋有雲呢拿籽嘅雪糕,十分夾。

總括而言,餐廳環境舒適,每道菜式逐碟逐碟上,跟 fine dining一樣嘅享受,而且服務員友善,食物質素高,值得一試。
