今日試咗呢一間omakase叫Sushi Kawa。佢哋呢有3個menu, 我哋就試咗一個叫 嘅set。3個前菜包括: 喜之次,芝士西京燒,鴨胸肉。喜之次其實上層係鹹鹹哋嘅蛋黃,下層係蛋白,層次好分明(不過好似同日本嘢無咩關係😂)。另外個芝士燒嘅芝士味好rich,好正 😋 細細件,唔會好漏,岩岩好之後就係壽司時間 🍣🍣第一輪壽司分別係真鯛,左口魚,同埋間白。值得一提嘅係件左口魚加咗紫蘇葉同梅醬,令到魚嘅鮮味更新鮮。而真鯛同間白都係第一次食,非常爽口。第二輪嘅燒鳳仙指蠔好特別,師傅用咗芥末汁燒嚟襯呢隻蠔,食落口好新鮮,值得推薦。第三輪嘅係金木鯛,油金魚同帆立貝壽司第四輪嘅係馬糞海膽,赤目同三文魚籽。海膽一啖食落口就溶咗 😭 好感動已經開始飽啦,不過仲未完!仲有壽司!赤陸,大拖羅同鯖魚。最後嚟埋蜆湯配日本蜜瓜。我真係好飽,好滿足

第一輪壽司分別係真鯛,左口魚,同埋間白。值得一提嘅係件左口魚加咗紫蘇葉同梅醬,令到魚嘅鮮味更新鮮。而真鯛同間白都係第一次食,非常爽口。

第二輪嘅燒鳳仙指蠔好特別,師傅用咗芥末汁燒嚟襯呢隻蠔,食落口好新鮮,值得推薦。
