一年一度嘅聖誕節,當然要慶祝一下,呢間係堅尼地城嘅英式餐廳🍴🇬🇧過時過節出去食飯動輒都要過千蚊,當然希望食物都有返咁上下質素,今次呢一間餐廳果然冇令人失望,唔會趁住節日搶錢之外,食物質素重要非常高質。介紹返今次嘅Christmas Menu,$498/位,另加一,非常合理吧👏👏😎😎😋 House Cured Beetroot Cravlax煙三文魚配上翠玉瓜、紅菜、紅菜啫喱,擺碟令到食慾大增,所有材料都非常新鮮,絕對係一個好好嘅開始💗💗😋 Seared Goose Liver鵝肝用火槍燒得剛好,令鵝肝的油脂鎖住,入口即溶,又香又滑,配上生果粒🍓🫐,正好能一解油膩感🥂😋 Beef Wellington 🍖呢個真心推介!呢個真係好好食!首先Beef Wellington嘅準備功夫其實好多,要整得好食其實都好難,表面嘅酥皮非常香脆,中間嘅牛柳,肉質非常鮮嫩!而蘑菇蓉中間亦都加入咗黑松露,令到整個Beef Wellington嘅味道更加有層次,淨係諗返呢個味道,都已經流曬口水🤤🤤好想再食!😋Lobster Tail & Seared Scallop半隻龍蝦🦞雖然唔算係好大隻,但係有淡淡的海水味

😋 House Cured Beetroot Cravlax
煙三文魚配上翠玉瓜、紅菜、紅菜啫喱,擺碟令到食慾大增,所有材料都非常新鮮,絕對係一個好好嘅開始💗💗

😋 Seared Goose Liver
鵝肝用火槍燒得剛好,令鵝肝的油脂鎖住,入口即溶,又香又滑,配上生果粒🍓🫐,正好能一解油膩感🥂

😋 Beef Wellington 🍖
呢個真心推介!呢個真係好好食!首先Beef Wellington嘅準備功夫其實好多,要整得好食其實都好難,表面嘅酥皮非常香脆,中間嘅牛柳,肉質非常鮮嫩!而蘑菇蓉中間亦都加入咗黑松露,令到整個Beef Wellington嘅味道更加有層次,淨係諗返呢個味道,都已經流曬口水🤤🤤好想再食!

😋Lobster Tail & Seared Scallop
半隻龍蝦🦞雖然唔算係好大隻,但係有淡淡的海水味,肉質鮮嫩香口,帶子亦都大大隻,一樣係煎得外脆內軟,帶子嘅鮮味簡直係流曬出嚟🤤🤤

😋 Homemade Christmas Pudding
布甸加入咗不同嘅莓子、葡萄乾、乾果、堅果仲有白蘭地,口味來講呢應該就唔係好啱香港人,不過確實係一個英國傳統而聖誕又必食的「布甸」,當然要食啦。

😋 Brown Bread Ice-cream
呢個又係推介,雪糕入面有紅莓,甜甜蜜蜜加上有少少酸、小小咸,口味非常特別。另外仲配上whiskey 啫喱,濃烈到好似食多兩粒就會醉咁🤣🤣,但好特別呢!

P.S. 確實呢度嘅嘢食係好出色,不過等候嘅時間都相當之長,食過前菜之後等咗接近一個鐘先至再上Main course,都確實令唔少客人等到有點攰。而喺等安排入座、點餐甚至付款時,都有失誤。知道聖誕當日都有好多訂枱,但可能都要再考慮係下人手嘅安排,否則下次都未必會再考慮節日到這餐廳。
重點重點重點,據聞餐廳每逢星期二,六點之後就會有「$10」1隻生蠔🦪🤤🤤🤤,新鮮又有淡淡海水味!等我哋為大家再去試!好食再同大家分享!
