To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食好多年，但一直無去，終於聖誕幫襯一次，我係鐘意嘅，刺身食落口有鮮味,用隻碗裝滿冰放上面，保持新鮮，叫完先逐片切再砌好,相對等候時間會比其他食物長,午餐都有生蠔，唔算太細隻,可選食物十分多，羊架，豬肋骨，燒味，串燒，天婦羅，special 有西班牙炒飯,成盤海鮮舖到滿,有埋雜果賓治同蘋果特飲揀，收碟快手，仲有小遊戲玩，有職員問啲海鮮新唔新鮮,四人幫襯，平均每個人五百蚊度,略嫌地庫冷氣欠奉,聖誕新年不二之選!
