To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次一家人嚟半島酒店飲午茶。叫咗呢度最出名嘅叉燒、灌湯餃、和牛包、燒鵝等等💓當中最鍾意係叉燒(~$300)同灌湯餃($168/客),做得好出色👍🏼 至於其他點心就正常發揮,唔算好特別。最後五個成人,大約$2700埋單。價錢相信有一半都係因為呢度係半島酒店☺️ 間唔中都可以來吃一吃前菜小食係合桃 ,出面好多糖包住,好脆好好食差燒好肥美,係蜜汁Xo醬蘿蔔糕灌湯餃,個湯底好清好好飲,仲有竹笙同埋花膠咀😀😀
