To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過自助餐，聖誕唔知食咩好，最尾揀咗黃金海岸，全家人一齊黎！環境幾好，檯櫈都擺得叫疏，有小小私人時間，成間餐廳面積都頗大，仲有部分係室外，中意自然風嘅人bk位時記得request 啦！嘢食方面，選擇都頗多，冷盤，熱餸，刺身，燒烤，泰式粉麵，都唔洗點排，refill 得又及時！自助餐嘢食好多時大同小異，呢度有個驚喜，d燒烤全部即埸燒，係室外有個頗大嘅燒烤部，海鮮，肉類都有，仲有即燒乳豬！最推介係燒蝦，蝦大隻得黎，肉又彈牙！煎鵝肝，差少少，間唔時一舊煎得過熟！冷盤熱餸不過不失，印尼薄餅有驚喜，又係燒烤部即整即上碟，配咖哩一流！大部分甜品都係得個樣，反而即整嘅pancake，waffle 幾岀色！Ice cream 有Haagen-Darz 同movenpick 揀，雲尼拿，士多啤梨，朱古力！總括黎講，嘢食唔係十分之岀色，但自助餐黎講，都叫多嘢食，環境都幾舒服，服務幾好，可以一試！
