To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日老婆突然間話想去添好運食點心,咁我就陪佢去等啦,一等就要等四十張枱,等左45mins 俾我地等到喇。但係佢嘅點心退步左好多,可能粗製濫造嘅關係掛,D蘿蔔糕凍嘅, D鹹水角一陣油溢味,雪山叉燒包水準依然,糯米雞同蝦餃只係好一般(蝦餃退步左無之前咁大粒),馬拉糕都幾鬆軟味道都唔錯。可能好多人睇到標題寫添好運燒嘢食,都會諗燒乜嘢野食,其實今次食完晚飯最大問題係間舖頭入邊冇開過冷氣,係一坐低唔夠十分鐘已經成頭大汗再加埋佢地奉送嚟熱茶,部份熱辣辣心,我都係第一次飲茶飲到身水身汗,成頭濕哂,唔淨止我一個係咁,隔離枱身邊D女仔化晒妝都成頭濕哂,佢真係同趕客係無分別(備註:我食光速餐,都會有冷氣啊)。我食完同我老婆講千祈唔好再嚟呢度飲茶食點心食到咁不如唔好食我去第二間好過啦。
