To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在機場吃過很多間餐廳，這間的性價比和食物質素暫時來說是較為不錯。當日幸好趕到早餐時段的尾巴，要了個B4餐($42)的迷你火雞片有機鮮蘑菇湯長通粉拼煎雙蛋(可選太陽蛋/反蛋/炒蛋/熟蛋)及自選包(可選法國百吉包/全麥百吉包/法國貴族牛角酥/芝麻包/牛奶多士)，和要粥杯熱泡沫咖啡，總共$51。拿著響器去先找位置坐下，店員會幫你拿食物來，長通粉的蘑菇湯底很濃郁也挺美味，雖然套餐看上去份量不多，但也見飽肚，小編應該會指定每次出發前都會吃這間好了。
