難得放工比較早,趕得切返番去西營盤先食晚飯😁。我哋想食西餐,而高街嘅餐廳都經已食匀,所以就向下路出發,並揀選咗位於電車路嘅「Bistro Breton by La Creperie」。我哋之前食過灣仔嘅La Creperie,西營盤店係佢嘅姐妹店,但整個感覺好唔同,因為呢度除咗法式薄餅之外,仲多好多其他菜式🍽。外籍店員親切有禮,並主動介紹菜式。我哋嗌咗一份二人套餐Set Dinner for Two👫($558),套餐內容豐富,而且每個項目都有得自選款式。呢個價錢喺港島區嚟講,真係唔算貴。Brittany Fish Soup,🐟來自法國西北部嘅魚湯非常好味,魚香濃郁,但一啲都唔腥。顏色呈啡橙色,有啲似龍蝦湯,然後同店員傾開偈,佢讚我觀察力好👀,因為餐廳所揀嘅魚種都係喺石澗游走,同龍蝦有類同嘅習性。魚湯配以芝士同脆麵包一齊食,芝士遇熱湯即溶變拉絲🧀,進一步提升滋味。Octopus Carpaccio(+$28),🐙八爪魚薄片幾得意,因為多數食嘅係帶子生魚片。呢款前菜嘅八爪魚係經已整熟咗,所以唔食刺身嘅都啱食。佢切法好獨特,片得好薄,似處理過先切。薄片配以青檸汁同青瓜粒🍋,食落既清新又開胃
