To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚在銅鑼灣下班,順便在這邊吃晚飯。沒想到在銅鑼灣都有牛奶冰室,能在這區找到性價比高的美食非常不錯。黑椒欖油牛肉炒意大利麵$72,黑椒味很突出,牛肉粒嫩滑,橄欖油炒意粉清爽而不油膩,很不錯啊!猴頭菇響螺燉雞湯加25,材料豐富,燉湯清甜,最喜歡有雞腳,滋補養顏,喝完全身都暖呼呼的。優惠價加$10黑白脆酥條,其實就是烤多士條,烤得乾身脆脆的,配上朱古力醬和煉奶,黑白色賣相漂亮,香甜味道作為甜品一流。跟餐加$6配熱泡沫奶紅茶,非常抵飲,奶泡豐富,拌勻紅茶就是香滑的奶茶,但又比一般奶茶更有茶味。
