自問愛日本美食,卻甚少到居酒屋用餐,可能不太好杯中物又怕串燒熱氣的古老思想作祟令我卻步吧🙈姊妹相約到銅鑼灣新開居酒屋相聚,姑且試試看。餐廳位於地庫,店內裝潢甚有特色,卡位以木材間隔,頂部以稻草裝飾,別有一番風味。先吃刺身,這個三川雜錦魚生(並)包括三文魚、吞拿魚赤身、油甘魚、帶子刺身各兩片,及一隻生蠔,刺身新鮮,最愛當然是鮮甜軟滑的帶子,至於生蠔因讓給了友人並不知曉其味道。接著來了幾款串燒,分別是燒京蔥,京蔥香甜無渣;厚燒牛舌豐腴多肉汁,吃一口油脂滿佈口腔,滿足!燒大蔥雞串不過不失。吃過串燒後再來一客蟹膏蟹肉炒飯作結,飯炒得夠乾身,不乏蟹膏香味,兩人都很滿足呢。
