有朋友介紹過呢間叫「立鮨」嘅日本嘢,聽佢講係要立食嘅,但行過見荃灣呢間有得坐實在太好了,一於試下…第一輪叫咗唔同嘅刺身:日本真鯛、帶子、油甘魚、三文魚、牡丹蝦、水母。我從未試過食水母刺身,以為同魷魚或者墨魚嘅感覺一樣,點知原來係爽口架,佢本身係冇咩味,所以一定要點個醬,食落索索聲,幾特別。其他刺身都幾新鮮,冇雪味。另外再叫咗個鮟鱇魚肝壽司試下,食落味道有啲似魚春,質地又有啲似雞肝,一啲都唔腥。第二輪就試下佢地嘅omakase。雖然冇嗰啲好高級嘅店面嘅儀式感,但師傅都會逐款壽司介紹同埋建議食嘅次序,都係好pro。師傅建議我地由清淡嘅壽司開始食先,最後先食油脂多同埋濃味嘅壽司,順序就係牡丹蝦,池魚王,赤貝,平貝,赤鯥,金目鯛,大拖羅,拖羅鮫,螢光魷魚,馬糞海膽,仲另外送咗兩嚿玉子。個人最鍾意食拖羅,油香味充滿咗個嘴,好幸福呀。其次係金目鯛,唔知係本身嘅味定係配料嘅味,食落有啲似鰻魚。我地加多咗個海膽特盛,有個小型碗仔裝住啲飯,飯上面鋪咗層層海膽(個人覺得比馬糞海膽濃味),如果有放大光線就好喇。900幾蚊埋單,但整體質素都對得住呢個價,唔錯!
