To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

坐得舒適，可惜食物偏鹹

好耐冇食台灣菜，經過德福，見到座位都坐得幾舒服，於是就入咗去。餐牌有好多選擇，我地二個人，叫咗兩款小食同兩碗麵。金黃鹽酥雞$48鹽酥雞好香口，如果配酒就一流，可惜要揸車，唔飲得。台式滷味拼盤$86台式拼盤樣樣都有啲，包括滷水雞翼、牛腱、豬腩、滷水蛋，不過我覺得味道偏鹹。紅燒牛肉麵$88紅燒牛肉好淋，好入味，麵條好有𡁻頭，呢款好食。不過我個人覺得個湯底都偏鹹。紅䓤醬燒豬軟骨麵$82呢款都好食，豬軟骨同樣好淋好入味。原本叫咗兩杯果茶，可惜等得太耐，最後取消了，唯有下次再飲😅
