To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

人在尖沙咀，想搵間唔係好貴既餐廳食個飯都有D難。反正喺iSQUARE，就決定食茶木。開放式餐廳環境舒適，都有多卡位，應該係方便傾計。跟朋友點了卡邦尼奶油手作麵及酥炸雞扒麵。卡邦尼奶油手作麵用上台灣的麵條 X 西式的煮法，味道不錯。麵條都沾滿了卡邦尼醬，醬汁味道適中，不會很咸。還配上櫻花蝦，口感豐富。酥炸雞扒麵(冇影雞扒)，但雞扒外脆內軟，雞肉嫩滑。雞扒表面還有椒鹽，好味道！麵嘅湯牛肉湯底，有台灣牛肉麵的味道。飯後甜品：黑糖草莓芋圓仙草，黑糖不算很多，味道偏淡，看上去以為好大碗，但仙草下是一大碗冰，有點失望。
