To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 玫瑰咖啡，玫瑰 crepe Cake, green tea tart, 好很OK，對女生而言，單單外表已經滿分。玫瑰咖啡加了糖，甜味剛剛好，但友人認為太甜，所以各人口味不一樣。玫瑰Crepe Cake 玫瑰味濃，可是crepe 比較淋身，個人比較喜歡crepe 皮有質感一些的。綠茶tart 外表精美，不太甜，比玫瑰crepe cake 好吃，友人不愛食甜的都覺得好食，但是份量很迷你，$4x, 一點都不便宜。友人得點了冧酒味的咖啡，確實很香酒味，咖啡味也濃郁，重口味之選。
