To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同屋企人去呢間餐廳度食晚餐,諗好哂食咩叫人落單,想叫pizza個侍應就講「對唔住,暫時無pizza。」好啦,咁咪食第二啲。就叫住滑蛋飯同埋黑松露唔知咩扁意粉先。跟住個侍應比返張單埋嚟,張單上面多咗3個餐同1杯野飲,以為佢比錯檯單但睇完張檯號又無錯,咁就叫返個侍應埋嚟改返張單,佢行開咗一陣再返返嚟,先同我地講無意粉轉意大利飯得唔得,問佢點解,佢話咩廚房無落貨定唔知咩,總之就搞笑,你週末唔落貨做咩生意?聽到咁已經無哂心機食同埋有啲燥,叫乜無乜都唔係第一次,本身已經想走但佢又嚟咗個滑蛋飯,唯有食埋佢。之後有個灰色衫女人拎外賣出嚟係咁望住我哋,然後就有個黑衫女員工走嚟問我地點解叫哂餐又取消。首先你拎住個張單就係頭先比我地個張,檯號唔同咗,即係頭先有人入錯檯號;第二,叫咩無咩咁可以食啲咩?灰衫個個唔知係咪經理定管理層,淆底唔敢過嚟問原因要推啲細嘅出嚟問?定你管理層知道發生咩事所以唔敢過嚟驚樣衰?廚房換哂人?點解週末都唔落貨返嚟?你連個場都封咗後半,我當你無人手返工封後半場我理解,但你無食物供應就係你問題,pizza得兩款你都無得賣,咁你貼係門口話比人知都好吖。我自己都做過好多年飲食業,我尊重

我自己都做過好多年飲食業,我尊重做飲食業嘅人,從來唔會為難佢地,但今次我真係覺得離譜,呢間餐廳裝修前一大間都仲好地地,裝修完斬咗一半細間咗反而仲衰。

高層檢討下啦好嘛?唔係嘅就完租就走啦唔好浪費個舖位。
