To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 垃圾餐廳,次次外賣都係等成45分鐘或以上,無論餐廳有冇人,都要等咁耐。我等外賣嗰陣,只有少數堂食客人,外賣只有我一個客,出餐都可以出咁耐。D員工冇嘢做,個個唔知喺度做緊乜。想問你哋個廚房係咪冇員工?做唔切就唔好做外賣啦,下下都要企咁耐等你哋。問佢外賣可以拎未,問都冇問廚房,就一句塞埋嚟:無啊,有就一早擺出嚟。大佬,我夠知冇啦,出面有我仲使問你?我直接拎啦,有病。每次都激氣,今次係最後一次,以後唔會再食。
