公司就近開左間幾型的bakery “arome bakery room” ,原來係東海堂新line. 裝修 –俾個門面吸引,呢間東海堂,裝修同其他分店唔同。我地做design 0既,一睇就睇得出呢間野係design上用左唔少心機; 黑色鐵加緑色磚,好sharp,四边menu board好artistic。天花的幾盏懐舊吊燈,貴野WO! 東海堂裝修成咁,第一次見!! 產品 -同幾個同事試左新野, raspberry 泡芙條($18),mango三重奏($20) ,曲奇泡芙($17),甘酒petite dessert($24)等等raspberry 泡芙條 Éclair: Éclair,個名我都唔知點讀,我未見過咁的泡芙。手指形幾方便入口,表層的coating係raspberry chocolate 加粒粒,raspberry 的custard,唔太膩,甜甜地酸酸地,appetizing!曲奇泡芙:Bread Papa的Puff 食落太鬆化,好似無食咁。呢度的Puff材料幾足口感ok,Chef 系即时打Custard,根住先啫入個Puff 度,Custard好新鮮,yummy !man

產品 -同幾個同事試左新野, raspberry 泡芙條($18),mango三重奏($20) ,曲奇泡芙($17),甘酒petite dessert($24)等等
raspberry 泡芙條 Éclair: Éclair,個名我都唔知點讀,我未見過咁的泡芙。手指形幾方便入口,表層的
coating係raspberry chocolate 加粒粒,raspberry 的custard,唔太膩,甜甜地酸酸地,appetizing!
曲奇泡芙:Bread Papa的Puff 食落太鬆化,好似無食咁。呢度的Puff材料幾足口感ok,Chef 系即时打Custard,根住先啫入個Puff 度,Custard好新鮮,yummy !
mango三重奏: 個様好精緻,雜誌都有介紹! 一開三,大家可一齊試,佢的外層同泡芙similar,我認為粉左少少,好在加埋芒果粒,配搭上攞番分
甘酒petite dessert: 個様白雪雪,頂層有少少薑作吊味,個饀係用日本清酒的酒糟做成,幾清香好特別。 

其他
呢度都有賣一d日本產品,買手應該用心挑選過,係出面好少見到, 好似:紅茶、薑汁飮品,感覺premium,配甜品幾match, 但價錢貴左d啦。其他麵包,價錢都大眾化,十元八塊左右。


小店係retail shop, 如果有位坐低飲杯Coffee,吃件蛋糕,咁就Perfect啦!
