由大窩口小店變成光輝圍、荃錦兩店,燉湯是鐵膽,點心拖蒸飯,真正連贏位置一拖二。湯佬(老闆)真心鑽研燉湯學問,湯水火喉夠,又體貼當區客人的需要。始終我哋長時間係辦公室,加上香港夏天又熱又濕,祛濕清熱湯水好重要。今晚覺得有啲熱氣,想清吓熱,湯佬推薦「百海無雪」,加多籠臘腸卷,變咗我柯打唔到蒸飯啦!原本第一籠蒸出來個皮濕咗水,湯佬堅持要再蒸多籠,這份執着既窩心又感動。湯佬要保重!經濟吹逆風,大家的確守得好艱難。
