用木盅裝著蝦滑及皮蛋,加左芝麻真係好香,服務員話加入莞茜會更加香,所以我都加左少少,將皮蛋搗碎與所有材料搞勻,放入火鍋涮熟。蝦滑非常爽滑,仲有好多蝦肉粒,有莞茜香氣突出蝦味,加左皮蛋多份獨特的味道,原來兩者咁夾咁好味,份量亦很足夠。
