呢兩日就係復活節,有無諗到想去邊同家人慶祝,食餐好既?其實,個人一直覺得北角油街的 Harbour Grand Cafe,真係好划算,近日又推出海鮮作主題既自助餐。生蠔基本提供了Fine de Claire(France)、Pacific Rock Oyster(America)及 Irish(Ireland)三款,令人有點意想不到的是,美國蠔一向有大而無當的感覺,但今次肉質有點爽彈,蠔味亦不俗。Seafood半開波士頓龍蝦,並非迷你版,反而可以一口一件,部分蝦膏更是色澤嫣紅,口感豐腴。而法國麵包蟹的蟹蓋,同樣蟹膏勁多,仲有加拿大蟹腳、智利藍青口、法國翡翠螺及凍蝦,單是海鮮加生蠔都已經半飽了。刺身 有我最鍾意嘅7吋阿根廷赤蝦刺身以及肥大肉厚嘅帶子。仲有八爪魚、希靈魚、三文魚、吞拿魚及魷魚,種類又多又靚,最開心今日有得食海膽。壽司 有三文魚、象拔蚌、北寄貝、魷魚、熟蝦與及鰻魚, 每件都係迷你版,正好一口一件,無需要浪費胃納。Carving Station 扒肉眼牛排 是最愛既 medium rare,薄薄的一片,啱啱好。另外仲有燒羊髀同香煎鴨
