To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前在跑馬地上海弄堂吃過午餐，覺得不錯，今天到跑馬地辨事，便順帶買了兩個外賣。～黃金排骨湯麵排骨和幼麵條是放在外賣盒內，而湯是另外放開，這樣麵條便不會浸在湯內太久而變得過腍。黃金排骨果然炸得黄金顏色，賣相討人。將排骨放在湯麵中吃便不會太乾。上海麵條軟硬適中，放在湯內也不會過腍。清湯掛麵配炸排骨是最好不過，完全沒有油膩感。～蔥爆牛肉菜飯蔥白吸收了醬汁的精華，絕不能放過，薄切牛肉有口感又不會韌。菜飯令人感覺健康些，纖維增加了，配肉吃便不會感到肥膩。不經不覺就吃掉了整個飯。午市套餐均送凍豆漿一杯，味道微甜而有豆味，亦算是一個健康的飮品。
