To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

肺炎期間比平時食多咗好多外賣，經網上外賣平台叫外賣既選擇都唔少。春卷撈檬，幾大份，放滿左成個外賣飯盒。雖然係外賣，但春卷仲keep到好脆，而且都幾大嚿，齋食春卷都已經飽飽地。撈檬嘅部份正正常常，同平時食到嘅味道差唔多，連埋啲配料撈埋一齊食再惹味啲。鍾意食素的話，可以叫呢個試吓。越式蝦米乾伴芥蘭菜提供到一碟菜嘅外賣店舖少之又少，不過呢盒芥蘭真係炒得麻麻地，煮得太淋，而且個菜已經黃黃地，似係喺個盒度焗咗好耐，同埋味道太苦，同平時食到好爽口嘅芥蘭好大分別。春卷撈檬都幾好食，有機會要去間餐廳堂食試吓。

越式蝦米乾伴芥蘭菜
