To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝到大快活買咗3份外賣早餐,一打開其中一份個火腿通粉,😱就見到成隻曱甴攤咗喺片火腿上面,隻曱甴攤得非常明顯,見到咁嘅狀況真係非常反胃🤮!攪到份早餐得一pat炒蛋同一片方包可以食,而另外兩份早餐都食得非常之唔自在。不過咁,我都覺得好彩個廚師工作態度粗劣,咁明顯有隻曱甴都睇唔到,如果佢攞走隻曱甴,然後再冚返埋個盒蓋照比我,咁就真係食咗都唔知咩事啦🥶!
