To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 9月24日跟朋友午餐完，經過百分百，chicken factory 在門口，傳出香味，好奇之不走去看看。1. 有好幾個特價時段，原價$68/隻烤雞，特價$48，點計都抵。2. 玻璃烤櫃內轉動的雞，樣子看來不錯，買回家當晚餐，但襯熱即時吃了點，皮脆，肉味道稍為淡一點，但有肉汁，亦算嫩滑。3. 朋友加配其他食物，但全都份量細小。4, 服務態度冷淡，不准預先付款再回頭取雞，而且想問多一句都覺得「你不懂嗎？」，有點奇怪。
