餐廳喺尖沙咀赫德道,門口上樓梯就到,地方都幾大,乾淨企理。食物種類都唔少,有小食、湯羹、海鮮、小菜、素食、炒粉麵飯、煲仔飯、煲仔菜等等。不過我地只得兩個人,食唔到咁多種類。【椰皇佛跳牆(位) $78】用椰殻裝嘅湯,材料有鳳爪、瘦肉、鮑魚仔同花膠。椰殻入面冇椰肉,不過啖啖湯都有椰香味,個湯都燉得幾清唔油膩,健康美味。【金磚炸豆腐 $38】炸到金黃色嘅豆腐四四方方好工整,真係似一舊舊金磚。一夾起就feel到件豆腐好軟身。豆腐係啱啱炸氣所以熱辣辣,口感極軟滑,面頭嘅椒鹽鹹度適中,豆腐亦不失豆香,非常不錯。【陳皮話梅骨 $98】都好大碟吓,多肉多汁。陳皮話梅汁甜中帶啲微酸,都幾開胃可口,肉質算軟腍,食到唔停口。【紅酒牛尾煲 $168】呢煲真係大煲,牛尾有十幾件,軟腍且肉味濃郁。紅酒汁加咗青椒同洋蔥,啲青椒味搶咗紅酒汁本身嘅味道,我個人就覺得唔落青椒仲好。煎米粉都算香脆,蘸咗紅酒汁幾好食。整體嚟講食物水準都唔錯,而且份量幾足,如果每人叫碗飯三個人都夠食。食客之中仲有外國人,可能係因為見到係老字號(since 1936)而嚟幫襯,試吓地道菜。見佢哋食到津津有味又影相留念,應該都相當滿意吧。
