相約朋友到觀塘工廈,揾到呢間觀塘工廈的日本料理-掌壽司, 先來前菜醬油魷魚軟骨($38), 魷魚煙韌, 有芝麻香味,店員推介- 一盤時令刺身($398)再COMBO原板馬糞海膽, 賣相已好新鮮, 旁邊悉心放了紫菜,原來係用來包馬糞海膽, 新穎, 試包的確不錯呀! 齋食更是入口即溶, 好甘香鮮甜, 刺身有金目鲷魚刺身,池魚油甘魚及牡丹蝦, 勁新鮮, 再有主食上菜, 清酒炆和牛肋條($128), 好期待, 估唔到冇失望, 炆得好稔, 和牛味好香甜, 略有少許清酒帶出牛肉的香味, 還有配菜蘿蔔超甜, 入晒味,另有清酒煮蜆小食, 另有脆漿千島炸蠔($75), 蠔味鮮甜, 脆口, 好多座位, 坐得舒服呀;最後還有甜品, 叫了北海道3.6牛乳雪糕($25) , 夠甜夠滑, 更有濃濃的牛奶味。
